• Can I customise any product in your personalised gift shop?
  • Unfortunately no, due to most of our products being manufactured specifically for our machinery we cannot engrave or print on any object, However we can source similar items that you may need, please contact us for more information.

  • We stock various types of items, visit our shop page for a full list of items we offer. 

 

  • How long does it take to process and deliver a personalised order?
  • Processing time generally takes 1-3 working days, Delivery options with their delivery times can be found on the checkout page when placing the order.

 

  • Do you offer gift wrapping and personalised packaging options?
  • Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping at this current time. 

 

  • Are there any restrictions on the number of characters or words for personalisation?
  • Each product has a limit of character you can place inside the text boxes when adding your personalisation.

 

  • Can I see a preview of the personalised item before placing an order?
  • You can leave a note for us to send you a previous on the note box when placing the order, this may add extra time to the processing of your order.

 

  • What happens if there's an error in the personalisation? Can it be corrected?
  • If you made an error when placing the order, email us imediatly with your order number and correction (If the order has been printed there is nothing else we can do).

 

  • Is there an extra cost for personalisation, or is it included in the product price?
  • Each product is priced already for personalisation on its listing page.

  • Yes we offer bulk discounts for larger quantities, contact us for a tailored quote. 

 

  • What is your return policy for personalised products if I am not satisfied with the customisation?
  • We do not accept returns due to the nature of the product. If there is an error or defect from our end we will sort the issue out no questions asked. 
  • Is it possible to personalise items with my own design or logo?Yes please contact us with the product in mind and your art work and we will confirm this with you.

  • Yes we can ship all our product internationally.

  • We take security of our website very seriously, All photos and designs are kept securely in our website and deleted after a few days the order has been processed. 
  • Can I track the delivery status of my personalised gift order?

  • If you choose a courier delivery option on the checkout page, tracking is also provided when dispatched.
  • Do you provide gift certificates for those who want to give the gift of personalisation without selecting a specific item?

  • At this current stage we do not have any gift certificate options.
